My Passion for the game and motivation to excel position me as a leader who will energize the membership and serve as an ambassador for the club.

My cornerstone practices fundamental for success are:

• Highly visible and approachable. The daily interaction with members and guests is the fundamental aspect of the professional that I am most comfortable executing. Being attentive to others is a genuine part of my personality, which has been called ‘perfect for the job.” Love for golf and club are contagious.

• Program Development. I will continually produce creative programing to serve the entire membership, providing an environment where the game can be enjoyed in its various ways (?). This will include competitive, instructional, and social events and activities, all professionally-managed, inclusive and ALWAYS FUN.

• Strong Work Ethic. I have the willingness and ability to dedicate all the required time to stablish and maintain the operation, and to be available to both members and staff to provide service, support, instruction and problem-solving.

• Operational Management Team. Effective and efficient Golf Operations can only be achieved through team work. Shaping a staff that shares my devotion to service and vision for growth will be a priority. My experience building teams will facilitate the success of the critical process.
